Founded in 1992 at Texas Woman’s University, our sisterhood was built on the vision of empowering Latinas to lead, serve, and create lasting impact. Guided by our motto, “Latinas Helping Others, Señoritas Latinas en Acción,” we continue to honor that vision through everything we do. Our sisterhood is rooted in the pillars of scholarship, cultural awareness, service, and sisterhood.
We believe academic excellence lays the foundation for opportunity, while strong value driven leadership creates meaningful and lasting change. Through service, we remain committed to giving back and staying connected to the needs of our communities, and through sisterhood, we foster lifelong bonds built on trust, respect, and unity.
